Exceptional service from Katie Fairchild from beginning to end. She was always incredibly responsive, efficient and proactive, making the whole process feel smooth and stress free. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she was an absolute joy to deal with throughout. I honestly could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend her. Thank you, Katie, for making what can be a stressful experience feel so easy !
