I had the most amazing experience being assisted so kindly by Chloe Williams. From the moment I called, distressed by the timeframe in which I had to move. Her empathy shone during the phone call with her and I felt so heard and that someone was there and was going to try their best to help me out. Even though the property I enquired about was not available for the timeframe I was looking to move, Chloe followed up and kept me updated with what was available.
