I bought my flat off them. Appointed them to sell and or let the flat i bought. The old sales manager left and the new one I didn’t find very good whatsoever i would not use sales again. Lettings did let the flat, but i would not use them again. I basically had to do the negotiating for them and pay £2k for the privilege.
