My husband and I are looking to rent and walked in to Jackson-Stops almost by accident at the start of our search a couple weeks ago. Noran was super welcoming and helpful, made us feel genuinely taken care of and I felt genuinely wanted to help us. We also had a viewing that Charlie took us too, and he was really helpful and listened to exactly what we liked and didn’t like. I haven’t felt sold at AT ALL during my communications with Noran, Charlie and the Jackson-Stops Richmond team. Looking forward to finding our rental!
