Just to say many thanks to Ellie Jones-Gray for all your hard work going above and beyond and very smooth and easy renting process. It has been a pleasure to have you as our agent and would not hesitate in recommending you to others. Your level of customer service is exceptional -We have felt both looked after :) We also liked the fact that we always spoke to you in person and so were able to have an immediate answer to any questions. Thank you again Sebastian and Paulina
