Absolutely superb letting

We have used Bennett Residential as our letting agent since buying a flat to in summer 2017. We're selling the property now, and the service we've received even as we leave as a customer, has been excellent, above and beyond what you might expect when your last tenant has left. Kathy and Helen in the office have always been superb; quick to respond to messages, courteous, helpful and professional. They have overseen minor repairs and much bigger renovations and have always just dealt with things within their remit and contacted us only when it was appropriate and necessary to do so. I can not recommend this agent highly enough. We've had troublefree letting nearly 8 years now, and that is down to Andy and his incredible team.

Andy and his brilliant team have been letting my properties for around 15 years. Although tenants have changed I cannot recall either house being vacant for more than a few days. Tenants have been vetted and we have never lost rent. Tax forms are easy to submit with the comprehensive annual financial summary. Properties are inspected and repairs conducted at very reasonable costs. When we expanded to two properties Andy provided superb advice about where to purchase in Taunton. Their service is quite simply outstanding. Completely trustworthy and they have made our venture on the property market very straight forward.

We have been using Bennett Residential to let our flat for a couple of years now. To date the service has been very good. They have been proactive with legislation changes. I am also pleased that when an item breaks they replace it at cost and don't add a mark up - not the case I know with some agents. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy in particular.
