We have used them now for nearly 5 years and through the entire time they have gone over and above, even viewing a property and giving an honest opinion on letting potential. Bennetts have been managing our Taunton property since late-2017. Bennetts were recommended to me by a Taunton landlord who has had a number of properties managed by the company for some time. What good advice this has proved to be! We elected for the ’Gold Service’ and all aspects of the service we have received has been first class. Payments are always prompt - emails are always answered courteously – issues raised dealt with promptly. Our property has not been an easy one to manage as we have,on occasions, had to involve outside agencies such as Wessex Water and building contractors.
