I would avoid this company……. Poor management Poor communication Things will be done in their own time Argumentative If I could give a 0 star rating I would.

I’m I home owner as well as a landlord….. I live next door to a property they rent ….. never have I met a estate agent as bad as this …., I called them let them no of a company that could get it done straight away…… I even agreed to pay 25%….. if the estate agent left my teanants and neibours with out a garden for a week I would be looking else where for better management. There are plenty of company’s in and around taunton that priorities storm damage but unfortunately this Bennett’s would rather see people without use of a garden.

Terrible communication from Andy! Never replies to emails, never tries to resolve issues, only interested in pleasing landlords and not tenants! If you are a perspective tenant DO NOT LET from them!!
