Cannot rate Miles Byron enough. Dealt with Richard when purchasing a property and he was so communicative and responsive when having to field questions back and forth, and generally just checking in to find out how things were progressing and if he could help with anything. The whole house selling and buying process is so stressful and just felt like Richard provided that much needed element of calm and reassurance.

Richard was exceptional from the very start. From giving us an honest appraisal of our property to taking excellent photos to showcase it. We loved that we had one point of contact with him and always felt he was doing the best thing for us. A buyer was found promptly after a few viewings which were completed by him and the asking price was met. He was always available for any questions and always replied quickly, whether by phone or message. Highly recommend his services.

His customer service is outstanding, we had no complains, we know that we are not easy customers but Richard went above and beyond to get us on property ladder.
