Richard was a pleasure to deal with from first phone call through to the final completion. Setting a realistic price and taking amazing photos that were so much better than other agents we have used previously, really accentuating the space and scale of the property. He set up 10 viewings on launch date which generated multiple offers. Also the mortgage adviser he recommended was an absolute star. All in all Richard offers so much knowledge and experience and is very easy to deal with. A very friendly person, we would highly recommend Miles Byron to anyone.

Being a first-time home buyer, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard at all. My journey to find my first home started over a year ago.
