Richard sold my house for me, exchanged contracts yesterday! His valuation was spot on, and within 3 days he had arranged 4 or 5 viewing and we accepted an offer (over asking price) from one of them. The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant. We recently bought and sold through Richard at Miles Byron, having previously put our property on the market with another agent. We wish we had gone with Miles Byron from the start! Richard made everything so easy. He helped sort out buyer questions and requests whilst we were on holiday and was brilliant throughout the process. Having an agent who cares and knows what they’re doing makes a stressful process so much easier!
