Richard was amazing! Very personable and clued up on everything to do with the properties I viewed. This was my first home purchase which is always daunting by I immediately felt comfortable on meeting Richard and not once felt under pressure at any point during the viewings. Always going independent in the future! Richard did a much better job, after having problems with most of the other popular high street big agents. Didn’t fluff anything up and worked with what we asked. Great communication and support all the way, even to the day of completion. If I ever sell again I will be going no where else. Richard at Miles Byron Estate Agents can be relied upon to provide an excellent service. He has extensive knowledge of the local area having lived and worked here for a long time. He kept us informed throughout the process and arranged viewings at convenient times. He responds quickly to any queries even during weekends and evenings.
