I don’t know where to start, Richard has been incredible from start to finish of a very difficult sale, due to circumstances and also the current market. Richard worked endlessly, and got the sale over the line finally. Nothing was too much trouble for him, including WhatsApp / calls late at night or at the weekend and putting my mind at ease through the intense waiting period for exchange. He was always in contact, constantly keeping me in the loop and really put me at ease. I will 200% use him again for any sale / purchase I make and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We invited three different agents to value our home. Richard Whatton gave a realistic, achievable value and his advice throughout was first rate. He clearly is an experienced expert in his field. Richard did an excellent video and set of photographs together with a write up that immediately attracted potential buyers. We sold quickly but unfortunately our chain broke lower down just before Christmas. Our property was put on the market again and early in the New Year, after several viewings from well vetted potential buyers that Richard had sourced, we had a new offer which was higher than our original purchasers offered.
