We invited three different agents to value our home. Richard Whatton gave a realistic, achievable value and his advice throughout was first rate. He clearly is an experienced expert in his field. Richard did an excellent video and set of photographs together with a write up that immediately attracted potential buyers. We sold quickly but unfortunately our chain broke lower down just before Christmas. Our property was put on the market again and early in the New Year, after several viewings from well vetted potential buyers that Richard had sourced, we had a new offer which was higher than our original purchasers offered. We complete on 26th January. Richard’s support extended to suggesting potential solicitors and removal companies when we asked.
