Not often you hear it but a great estate agent :-). Richard is very customer focused. He worked very hard for us, kept us fully informed of the process and progress of our sale and was extremely helpful. Really recommend him. Sold very quickly AND at the right price.

I chose to sell my house at a very difficult time and Richard not only took care of absolutely everything for me, but he also provided fantastic advice and was unwavering in his determination to sell my property. We were thinking very carefully about purchasing a retirement property, and selling ours, i contacted a friend in the property business and asked if he can recommend a good estate agent..
