Whilst Richard was in the process of selling our own house, my parent’s house needed to be sold. We didn’t hesitate in using Richard for this sale too. Again,Richard sold the house very quickly on one open day and again the photos and video gave an excellent representation of my parent’s house. Richard was always contactable with good, friendly advice and would go out of his way to chase any problems. My parent’s chain fell apart but Richard sold their house again within a week. This time it completed within 6 weeks. We’re so impressed with Richard’s knowledge of the housing market and his unique, personal service. We would always use Richard in any future house sales and would 100% recommend him.

We were thinking very carefully about purchasing a retirement property, and selling ours, i contacted a friend in the property business and asked if he can recommend a good estate agent.. Miles Byron was recommend to us- Richard the owner was very welcoming from day one, he was totally honest and he listened to every word, what price we wanted to achieve,what kind of buyer(first time)etc. answered every question and was totally honest throughout. my friends and family saw our house on miles byron Web site and you tu be, they were blown away with the subtle way in which Richard advertise our house for sale. Within 12 days our house was sold and within 8 weeks we completed. Richard also recommended a solicitor who was just as thorough and also assisted us with our purchasing property. Not often you hear it but a great estate agent :-). Richard is very customer focused. He worked very hard for us, kept us fully informed of the process and progress of our sale and was extremely helpful. Really recommend him. Sold very quickly AND at the right price.
