Smooth sale

I’ve just used Richard to sell my rental property and he was excellent. From the initial meeting where he respectfully appraised the property and proposed the price, right through to completion day, when he handed the property over to the new buyer. He managed to find the right buyer and everything went through smoothly first time. Communication throughout was great using WhatsApp and because we were away travelling he handled everything locally for me, which was one less thing to worry about.

Outstanding service from Richard at Miles Bryon. Initially I inquired about a property for sale and from the beginning Richard was very accommodating with viewing times and dates. The viewing experience was seamless Richard allowed us to walk around the property and take our time in each room. After the first viewing, I made an offer on the property. This was an easy process and after a few hours the offer was accepted. Throughout the whole buying process Richard has been very helpful with any questions raised about the property. Couldn’t recommend a better estate agent if you’re looking to buy or sell a property.
