The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant.
