Property Purchase
I recently purchased a property through Miles Byron and cannot recommend Richard highly enough. I viewed several properties with Richard prior to finding the one that I purchased and he could not have been more helpful on each viewing. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & welcoming and at no point did I feel rushed at any property to end the viewing, even going out of his way to spend additional time offering general advice on the housing market and the best tactics for selling our house, which Richard wasn’t even involved with. Nothing was too much to ask and he genuinely cares about the people he engages with, which cannot be said for many agents. I was purchasing a property following a separation and Richard was always respectful, kind and empathetic to my situation. I always felt that Richard was available for help and support and whenever an issue arose also felt that he was in my corner to help me overcome any issues and achieve the best outcome. His professional and calm nature helped to ease what was already a stressful situation and I truly appreciate this his approach. Should I ever choose to move from this property I wouldn’t hesitate in asking Richard to manage the sale on my behalf.
