Dealt with Richard when purchasing a property and he was so communicative and responsive when having to field questions back and forth, and generally just checking in to find out how things were progressing and if he could help with anything. The whole house selling and buying process is so stressful and just felt like Richard provided that much needed element of calm and reassurance.

Richard was exceptional from the very start. From giving us an honest appraisal of our property to taking excellent photos to showcase it. A buyer was found promptly after a few viewings which were completed by him and the asking price was met.
