We recently bought and sold through Richard at Miles Byron, having previously put our property on the market with another agent. We wish we had gone with Miles Byron from the start! Richard was an absolute pleasure to deal with and his service was both professional and personable throughout. His initial appraisal was fair, honest and accurate showing his knowledge of the local market. Photos and marketing of our property were a cut above and showed his attention to detail. Viewings were scheduled quickly and feedback provided very promptly after each viewing. With both our sale and purchase, there were some unforeseen delays outside of anyone’s control, but Richard’s communication with all parties was fantastic, kept things moving and meant that we were always confident that we would get everything across the line! He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc. I’d recommend Miles Byron in an instant.
