Richard looked after our house sale and has been super efficient from start to finish. He’s very warm and friendly and has tons of expertise from years in the business. Richard is the best estate agent we’ve ever met! We first met him when looking for a house to buy. We had our property on the market with another agent and was not getting any interest in it. Richard gave us some advice which we passed on to our agent and the house sold straight away! We obviously wished we had used him to market our house but was sadly tied up in a contract. We viewed a few houses with Richard. He was always very professional and friendly. The thing we will always remember is how he really listened to what sort of property we were after. Other agents would put us on a mailing list and we would receive random properties emailed to us all the time, none of which fitted any of our preferences. However after a month of scrolling through Rightmove religiously Richard contacted us to say he had just found the perfect property for us. We have just completed on that today and are all very excited. Needless to say we are very happy with Richard’s service and would highly recommend him.
