As a first time seller, I was anxious about the process but Richard guided me through the whole process and was always on hand for any questions; worked hard behind the scenes to make the sale as quick and efficient as possible. I liked Richard as he is down to earth, honest and trustworthy, which is rare (with estate agents). I would certainly recommend Richard at Myles Byron.

We recently bought a property through Richard and found him to be extremely informative, quick to respond to any questions or queries and generally a refreshing change from other agents we’ve used in the past. I wish I had sold my property through him as there was no comparison in service! He even turned up at our new house with a bottle of bubbly and our new keys rather than us drive to his office, a lovely guy!

Richard communicated really well and was very accommodating and patient for my visits, giving me plenty of time and space but also being on hand to answer questions as needed. He was also very available outside of visits which I greatly appreciated. He compensated for some other poor communication in the chain ;) Would not hesitate to recommend for buying or selling and would use if I were to sell in future. Can’t wait to move in. Thank you 🤩

He managed viewings so that their impact on us was minimal and when we had multiple offers, was responsive and available with support.
