This was a particularly challenging and complicated house sale, and Ashley’s negotiation skills genuinely made the difference between the sale completing and potentially falling through. Throughout the process, he remained incredibly proactive, responsive and solution-focused. When difficulties arose, Ashley didn’t simply pass messages between parties — he actively communicated, negotiated and worked to keep everyone engaged and the transaction moving forward. At several critical points, his persistence and ability to find a way through what seemed like an impossible situation were invaluable. I genuinely believe that without Ashley’s involvement, patience and exceptional negotiation skills, this sale may not have completed at all.
