We recently sold our house with Ashley Elbourne at EweMove and honestly, we couldn’t be happier that we chose to go with him. We had a few different estate agents come out to value the house, but Ash just stood out from the beginning. He was so enthusiastic about our home and, more importantly, really seemed to care about getting us the best possible price and finding the right buyers. His communication was brilliant throughout. He set up a WhatsApp group with us, which made everything so easy, and he was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him. Even when we were asking what probably felt like really small questions, nothing was ever too much trouble and he always came back to us quickly. The photos were fantastic and we absolutely loved the description he wrote for the house. It actually felt like he had taken the time to understand what made our home special, rather than just using the usual estate-agent wording. It really helped show off the house and the lifestyle that came with it. He also went above and beyond with viewings, doing evenings and Sundays when needed. That made such a difference because our eventual buyers could view when it suited them, rather than having to rush around during the day. We genuinely think that helped us achieve the price we did. After dealing with other estate agents, the difference was huge. Ash was involved, available and genuinely seemed to care about getting the right result for us. We’re so glad we went with him. Throughly recommend Ewemove Estate Agents. After having my house on the market with another Estate Agent for 5 months with no sale, changed to Ewemove who sold my property to the very first viewing in the first week it was on the market. No Contract to be tied into was a big benefit but it was Jo and her team who won me over. Very friendly and professional. The description about the house was really personal to the house and not generic. Photos taken (which were not charged to me as the previous estate agent did) were great and really presented the house well. Jo always let me know what the feedback was after viewings and I knew I could always get hold of her anytime I wanted. I cannot thank her enough for the service I received. I just wished I had used her first !
