We have been dealing with Janine Theunissen who is our sales negotiator, Her professional attitude is a credit to Smith’s and with this company they actually do what they say, which is deliver outstanding service. Nothing is too much trouble, Janine constantly updates you, she calls you when she says She will and has accurate updates. I would also add that this company treat customers as valued clients not just another number, you are made to feel valued. Keep it up, and we will definitely recommend and utilise your service again. I've bought a couple of properties through Smiths and had Ben Woods as the estate agent both times. He was excellent throughout both of the purchases, extremely professional and on the ball. Smiths Estate agents are fantastic. We recently marketed our property with Smiths after being unsuccessful at selling with another agent! We were impressed with their high quality marketing and their eye for detail, theres definitely a different quality with these guys. They have a unique marketing strategy and this really stands out from what others are offering in the area. All the team are committed! We were lucky enough to get to know most of the team, we found them all to be very professional and extremely helpful, they go out of there way to make you feel at ease and relaxed in a process that can be stressful.
