Moved agents to Smiths Homes in early December 2021. Dafydd Spear was assigned to look after the sale and he was amazing. Despite the time of year, we had more viewings in 6 weeks than we'd had with the previous agent in 4 months, an offer within 3 weeks and a final offer accepted mid January.
