I am very satisfied of the service I received from this real-estate agency, in particular from Hywel Nicholas, the agent who was assigned to me. He patiently replied all my questions with courtesy while even phoning to the landlord to ask him for further details. He also provided me several tips for what to do in the surrounding (I'm new to Swansea and Wales, I am relocating here from oversea). Highly recommended!
