I really can't praise Tom and Janine enough. From the first meeting Tom showed his professionalism and enthusiasm and this didn't waver throughout the process. He kept us informed every step of the way and was even in contact when he was on holiday! Meanwhile in the office Janine kept the solicitors 'on their toes' constantly cajoling and prompting while providing us with updates of the current situations.
