Great support and persistence to get a sale
As a landlord several hundred miles away they were prompt, reliable, accessible and helpful when needed. They gave a fair valuation and secured lots of viewings in a short time, and bounced back when a sale fell through at the last minute. Thanks to Alison and the team

From the very offset everything was perfect from the initial viewing your agent really sold me my new home - with a superb location and considering a cracking sea view I can now enjoy being close to where I work too. With good transport connections and being close to local amenities how fantastic is this! Also the sales procedure regarding your referral to the in-house mortgage advisor who did a thorough job when searching the market for the right product for me. Thankyou Alison Williams for considering my budget and assessing my overall wants/needs and for coming up with what is essentially my dream home. Thankyou again...

Excellent service from whole team especially Alison Williams
Recently purchased a property with Dawson's Walter Rd office. Every single member of the team I dealt with was professional,friendly and very quick to deal with any queries. Cannot fault the response times. Alison in particular was very pro-active,every sale/purchase has a few 'tense moments' which can make or break the deal and I felt Alison very much had a handle on what needed to be done to smooth the process. She put a good deal of effort into keep good lines of communication open between ourselves and the vendors,excellent service,very happy to recommend.

Number one estate agents, Julie and Robyn exceptional.
Having had a really difficult time trying to sell my property through various different local agents and online agents for a long period of time, I don't know why I didn't come to Dawsons first it would have saved me time, money, the lack of inexperience from other estate agents and I would have sold my property a lot faster. Julie and Robyn are exceptional,honest,hardworking, professional, supportive and truly unique individuals that I will never forget. They dealt with everything, I didn't need to follow them up trying to find out what was happening, how viewings went something I did do previously. There written and verbal communication was outstanding very concise, clear and to the point. For the first time in a long time i could just carry on with my daily routine knowing everything was safe in there hands. they are outstanding and a true credit to Dawsons and I am so glad I had great people guide me and help me cause without them Dawsons would just be another estate agent, but I truly believe they make Dawsons and when you sell your property you will not be disappointed. You will be stress free letting them do what they do best. Thank you again to both of you.

Mrs Crocker Morgan's Court Swansea
I'd just like to say thank you to Lorraine Evans and all of the girls in Dawsons office, Walter road on behalf of my mother who has finally purchased her flat in Morgan's court Swansea. Due to selling within a chain my mother had difficulty with her buyer, Lorraine and her team were excellent throughout, keeping us informed and being as helpful as possible, they communicated really well between umy mother and the seller of the flat and I'm sure without all of the efforts the sale would have fallen through, they are a credit to the company. When I picked the keys up Friday they could not of been any warmer and they were genuinely pleased that the sale had finally gone through. Thanks to all.

After some deliberation I decided to approach Dawson's Estate Agents with a view to selling my property. It was recommended that I go to auction. At the first meeting. I met Julie the Auction Manager and I was impressed with her pleasant manner and knowledge of the auction process.. I remember her parting comment at the conclusion of the meeting "Don't worry , we will look after you" which, as events unfolded proved to be no idle gesture. As time went on I became even more impressed with her pleasant manner, professionalism, and efficiency. Julie is very competent at her work and more importantly enjoys doing it well which undoubtedly led to the very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you julie

Friendly, informative, great for first time buyers.
Very helpful and friendly. They kept us fully informed of what was happening throughout the buying process. They also told us what to expect as first time buyers. Very polite, always happy to help with any questions we had. Seemed genuinely interested in helping us to get into the house.

Dawsons Property Auction
I am a first time buyer and after considerable searching I came across a property advertised through Dawsons auctions. Being first time buyers we were very apprehensive of going down the auction route to purchase our first property. After much research on the property and the auction process itself (don’t just watch homes under the hammer!) My wife and I decided it had enough potential to make a great family home so decided to go with the plunge and thankfully were successful in the auction. I would highly recommend using Dawsons auction to buy your next property if you believe that is suitable for you; they are quite simply the friendliest auction staff, especially Julie Lawry and Robyn Lewis who were both a pleasure to deal with in all my conversations and dealings with them.
