Efficient professional service.
For the AUCTION TEAM of Julie, Corey and Nicola. Worked hard to ensure sale was able to advance. Any issues dealt with swiftly with good communication. Shame solicitors weren't as swift.

A high quality service delivered by helpful, thoroughly competent staff
Selling my property through Dawsons Auctions has been a really positive experience. Thanks to the expertise and good humoured co-operation of obliging staff who clearly enjoy their work. I found Julie Lawry very knowledgable, enthusiastic and kind, while Corey Ashford, who has the tricky job of presenting the old house and garden in their best light with photos, videos etc, demonstrated considerable initiative and talent. Although I didn't meet Nicola Taylor, we spoke on the phone a few times and she was always pleasant, professional and courteous. The excellent promotional skills of the team resulted in the property doing very well at auction and I would recommend Dawsons to anyone.

Flat purchase
Thank you to Alison at Dawsons for assisting us with our recent property purchase. There were many problems on the way regarding the lease and quite a few other obstacles! Alison kept us up to date throughout and also recommended a solicitor to use. Very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again.

Lisa was the main man!
Lisa was very helpful in assisting me with the sale of my property. I won't lie, there were times where I felt like I had to chase up the progress of the sale, but as soon as Lisa was in office, she would provide me with a direct and honest update. I accepted an offer and the sale went through in about 2 months. I would use them again!

Brilliant, tireless efforts right up to completion.
Alison and Loraine were brilliant, we had an offer on the house quite quickly but they really came into their own when it came or exchanging and completing. Our buyers were not very reponsive but Alison and Loraine were able to chase them up for answers and could be counted on to keep us in the loop when our solicitor was tied up elsewhere. Massive thanks to them both.

Excellent Service
Dawsons provided excellent service throughout what became (through no fault of Dawsons) a somewhat protracted process. Alison kept us up-to-date throughout and never shied away from giving us the the awkward news, We felt in safe hands.
