My wife and I recently purchased a property through Dawsons Auction Sales and dealt with their Marina and Walters Road offices through Julie and Robyn. The service they provided was both flexible and sympathetic which made a quite stressful situation much easier to get through. We were very pleased with the service provided and would be happy to deal with Dawsons in the future.

Very helpful and professional service

Julie and Robyn gave outstanding support for a difficult sale
Our holiday bungalow on the Gower was sold by auction, Julie, Robyn and the team gave us 100% support when our sale failed at the first attempt, finally selling at the 3rd try. We cannot thank them enough, nothing was ever too much trouble, they were friendly, efficient and always available when we needed them. We cannot recommend them too highly and in fact have already done so to other holiday home owners.

A first Class Professional Service
Dealing with Dawsons Auctions was effortless on my part. All the hard work was done by the wonderful ladies, Julie and Robyn who provided a first class professional service from start to finish. The whole experience was easy due to the commitment of Julie and Robyn who guided me through the process and fully updated me along the way. Exellent Prompt, Efficient, Professional Service
I would like to recommend Dawsons to anyone wishing to sell or buy property. The ladies I dealt with were brilliant they are Julie and Robyn. I was kept informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the sale of my house. I received good sound advice from both Julie and Robyn in relation to the sale and would always get back to me on the same day with answers to any questions I had. Property Sold Pre-Auction for an Excellent Price!
Sold Property Pre-Auction through Dawsons Auction Team and we can't thank Julie and Robin enough, they have been a couple of absolute diamonds throughout this, at times, extremely challenging process, but they've shown true professionalism at all times. Both of whom have been patient and understanding way above and beyond any reasonable call of duty!!! We were kept informed every step of the way with regular updates by email and phone. Auctions with Dawsons
This was the first auction I attended. I was very nervous about the whole proceedings from the start, but was put at ease by the Dawsons staff. I mainly dealt with Julie Lawry who was always positive and always had a friendly manner. I'd reccomend them to anyone who is thinking of buying at auction. Thanks to all the staff at Dawsons for making this possible.

FANTASTIC (Julie, auction)
Juile (Auctions) was great, really helpful and knowledgeable. We could have done with more flexible viewing times but apart from that Juile made it a very smooth and easy experience. Would highly recommend.

Sale of Property
Having dealt with a very challenging buyer and terrible buyer's solicitor, Lorraine at Dawson's was tremendous at being the intermediary between all parties in trying to keeping things moving. Without her, we'd be still trying to get the sale completed!!
