Requested viewing for 3 properties from this agency and nobody got back to me for each property. For some reason I am unable to reply so have edited in response to your reply. I have sent 3 viewing requests via right move, and have spoke to an online agent who also passed a message on for you to contact me to arrange a viewing. I have successfully arranged many other viewing of other properties with different agencies, so do not think the issue lies with right move. I have followed up this review with an email to your Sunderland branch. Thanks

Really confused with this review Tony. You sent a lead through from our website to view a property for rent just before our offices opened yesterday morning. My lettings team telephoned you and left a voicemail message around 10am to arrange the viewing appointment. We had no returned call from you nor have we missed calls from you? Is there any explanation behind a 1 star review??

Poor communication. we had a viewing arranged for 5pm we called the office to confirm at 3.30pm that we would be attending the viewing.At this time the landlord had already accepted a Tennant for the property. Had we been told this we would not have attended the viewing. I think it would have be fair to have been told the current situation so that we could have had the choice whether to attend or not. Our time is precious and we had other properties that we could have been viewing. If the landlord choose a Tennant we did not have a problem with that after all that's what they need to do. However as an agent transparency and honest information should he a priority

As previously advised over the telephone and in writing at the time of your rental application; our valued Landlord Clients simply did not wish to rent their property to you and selected another couple who had also viewed the property on the same day just prior to yourselves and subsequently applied for the property the same evening online. Our communication was very clear and precise at all times and when your viewing appointment was booked in; the property was still fully available - 2 other parties were also viewing after yourselves. One of these other parties who viewed, also wished to apply for the property but, like yourselves, were unsuccessful and accepted our clients decision graciously. We will continue to work with them and help them find another property. The rental market is extremely fast pace and we are deeply sorry you could not accept our clients decision however we will always act in their best interests and are transparent at all times. Wishing you all the best though!

Looking for rental properties. Myself and my partner have rang a couple times between us with queries about properties to be told Peter Heron would ring back - which they never do. Phoned to arrange a viewing for a property, which was arranged for over a week away due to no availability, only to receive an email the next day cancelling said viewing - no information given, just a cancellation. Logged onto the website to see the property was now let. I was never told over the phone there was interest in the property at the time of booking, and again, no information was given as to why the viewing was cancelled, I had to find out for myself.

Had a property for sale with this agent for three months, very dissatisfied with the service recieved and didn't seem Professional. Advertised the same house with Alfred Pallas sea road and sold within 14 hours for the full asking price. There's only one agent to use in Seaburn and its Alfred Pallas!
