Unfortunately only a 3 star rating, mainly due to the fact that the solicitors that they recommended to me were appalling and also due to the fact that one of their team, Samira, actually telephoned whilst I was nearly heading for a sales fall through, imploring me to give her a five star rating on a site so that she could get a bottle of wine. I gave her the rating, and when I telephoned to ask for any updates on my sales and purchase, I was told she had left the company. If it wasnt for Rebecca, then I can safely say that I would probably still be waiting to sell my house today. I would like to advise Peter Heron to maybe vet the solicitor you refer your clients to, because at the end of the day.. if you give US slow solicitors, then inevitably you make it harder upon yourselves... as you end up having to chase them as well as dealing with us.. your clientele.

I applied online for a valuation, received a call to confirm the appointment date and time. So far so good, but then no one turned up. When I called there was no record of the appointment. When I called I was informed I could only get an appointment the following day which was of no use to me as I had to return to work. Toom my business elsewhere, shame as I'd heard good things about them.

I have recently purchased a Bungalow through Peter Heron and I have to say the service that you get these days is disgraceful, we moved in on the 28th October and we are still to receive a front door key to the property , to which we have had to leave our door open on a night time , after numerous telephone calls to them and getting no where I still don’t have a front door , they just keep telling us to ring out solicitors which has nothing to do with purchasing the keys to your new home .
Be wary as they may cancel 2 hours before an appointment! Had valuation booked in, took day off work but they rang to cancel 2 hours before despite sending confirmation out that morning it was going ahead. They stated they had another valuation come in that was being paid for so they were cancelling mine to do that. Absolutely disgusting. Shouldn’t offer a valuation service and confirm a time if you are just going to cancel. Weather it’s a free valuation or not shouldn’t make a difference. If it’s a service you offer you should stick to it. They wouldn’t be flexible either and fit me in later the same day. Lost a potential customer as your not getting another chance.
