Buying a house is probably one of the most stressful experiences you’ll encounter right? Yup, glad you agree. I lined up a very straightforward purchase through Breckon & Breckon but with the effects of Covid it became tricky and turbulent. But with Lucy at Breckon guiding the way supported by Chris, we navigated the complications brilliantly. Though the agents have the interests of the seller at the forefront, I always felt that they balanced this perfectly with me. Informative and communicative all the way through the process, they managed the detail brilliantly. And an added bonus was the bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected the keys. Their attention to all of the details even extended to the Champagne being chilled, ready to pop the cork and drink immediately after crossing the threshold of our new home - just like it should be.
