Really friendly, super helpful and easy to get hold of over phone and email throughout the purchase. Would particularly recommend seeking the help of Joseph O'Callaghan who has great energy and knowledge.

We are exiting tenants and were left a message by Debbie (Admin). Her level of customer service was exceptional. Its so refreshing to be contacted by someone so polite and friendly! Ashleigh has also been a very good agent. Unfortunately not everyone we have contacted over the past 3 yrs with B&B has the same level of standards.

Lucy from the new homes team was brilliant from start to finish. She was regularly in contact with updates on the progress of the development, and helped me chase my solicitor to ensure completion happened on a specific date. She gave me a huge amount of confidence within the whole process, and I was very glad for her support. I love my new home.
