Update 2: The washer died on me and it was replaced with a washer/dyer (so that solved the dryer situation). Moreover, the agency took precautions about the covid-19 before the government did, so that was good! Update: Overall I am happy with the experience with the agency. However my unit was advertised as having access to a dryer and parking but when I moved in there was access to neither. Maybe its specific to my unit but make sure the amenities advertised are actually provided. This agency is way more functional and friendly than my previous agency (NOPS). When I picked the key the person was very friendly, received me with a tea and explained everything in detail. They were kind to let me be inside of the building -after closing time- to wait for a cab. The flat was in good condition when I moved in. A couple of days after moving, they called me to check if everything was in good working order, which it was (It´s good I don´t have to chase them around and they actually call to see if things are good). Also they will be returning my application fees since now there is a fee ban. So far the experience has been great.
Hi Patrick at Breckon is the best estate agent in the area by miles. He's acted for me last year and it was a tricky year for everyone. Any ups and downs, no problem. Put the house back on the market. Buyer pulls out? No problem - others already ready to view. Outstanding, above and beyond.. thanks!
Jodie, has been a great help to me while preparing my property in Oxford. I live overseas and even with the time delay to Australia, she would always respond promptly. I can honestly say, I wouldn't have completed all the work and documentation without her assistance. Keep up the good work, and thank you
Really friendly, super helpful and easy to get hold of over phone and email throughout the purchase. Would particularly recommend seeking the help of Joseph O'Callaghan who has great energy and knowledge.
We rented an apartment in Kidlington with Breckon & Breckon. Very positive and proffesional experience. Special thanks to Ashleigh Swales for being very responsive and supportive with everything we needed.
Reliable, Professional and Helpfull. Looking to rent sometimes is complicated but with Breckon&Breckon I have had a really nice experience, I don’t have the words to describe how thankful I am for my letting agent Annabel Barnes and for her help, patient and reliability. Her whole company as a whole is also very responsive with everything that goes on around the house which makes the process so smooth and stress free. I honestly cannot recommend them enough I’ll always be grateful.
The property was rented during the uncertainties of the Pandemic period in Sep 2021, even so, Breckon was able to complete rental formalities within 8 days. Responses to maintenance issues were efficient and effective. Check out was made very smooth and easy. I would say one of the rare "trouble free' experience I have had with an Estate Agent.
Breckon and Breckon ( Summertown Branch) handled the sale of our flat very professionally and kept us informed throughout the process. We can highly recommend their services and would like to thank both Patrick and Luke for their hard work!
