Unusual for a buyer to recommend an estate agent but based on my recent experience of the Oxford based New Homes Team I felt it warranted some positive recognition and recommendation. They helped me as a buyer secure and exchange on my new Oxford apartment in less than six weeks from initial viewing and I’m now keenly awaiting successful legal completion. A special note of thanks to Matt, who I now understand is the newest member of the team which was not obvious from the level of service provided at first and second viewings and his handling of the submission and initial progression of my offer. He was a credit to the New Homes Team and certainly got my purchase off to a great start; before Mel, Lucy and Joe helped ensure we met the agreed offer exchange timetable. The Team kept all parties involved updated with progress and flagged any issues and required action. They ensured a smooth process throughout by timely monitoring, action and follow up, especially evident when lead team members’ were absent on leave or simply unavailable. Such absences didn’t adversely impact progress as all the team members were obviously suitably briefed and managed so promptly helped with emails and calls, or escalated if required, to get matters addressed and progressed quickly regardless of a specific team member’s availability.
