But with Lucy at Breckon guiding the way supported by Chris, we navigated the complications brilliantly. Though the agents have the interests of the seller at the forefront, I always felt that they balanced this perfectly with me. Informative and communicative all the way through the process, they managed the detail brilliantly. And an added bonus was the bottle of Champagne we were given when we collected the keys.
