I first spoke to Joe about two years ago for an estimated value of the property to be used in negotiations. Very realistic and easy to deal with, rather than pushy and overoptimistic like some others. Came the time to sell the property and we had immediate interest from Joe's existing list of prospective buyers. This narrowed down to three, and we sold for close to Joe's estimate in a reasonably short time, whilst other properties along the road have been on the market for over a year. I should also credit Luke who dealt with most of the viewings, and again, he has been very pleasant and keen to help.

What started out as a simple operation eventually extended to a chain of 9 parties and eventually took approx. 5 months to complete.
