Not a good experience, we put an offer on a house last week and we didn't get a call back, the property has now sold..We have also requested a viewing and again no contact today. Poor customer service

Never ever again.. rude arrogant people!!!!!

They just sell your house. No after sales assistance high turn over of staff, everything was outsourced to sales progresser which we had five of. Selling a house is extremely stressful and Richard James made it even more stressful!!

Arranged a viewing for a property over the phone and was told an email confirmation would come through. It never did. arrived at what we thought was the property but was unsure of the house number as did not receive full details from Richard James. Called and got through to Jack who provided us with the house number. arrived and what we thought was the correct house number but waited outside for the estate agent to show. 10 -15 mins went by and so we called again and got through to a different staff member who informed us that the property had been taken off the market earlier that day. We were not informed of this at all and having had to arrange childcare and take time off work this was very poor service. Then to top it off the lady on the phone told us she would try and put us through to someone in the correct branch, put me on hold for 5 mins and then hung up. Don't bother with them as rental agents if you are a landlord!

I am sure there will be people happy with their services but I did't have a good experience. I was looking at a property that I was very interested to rent and I had called twice within 10 days asking to arrange a viewing. Both times they kept my contact details promising they would get back to me to arrange the viewing. When I called for the third time to ask when they will do the viewings they told me that the house had been already rent. To my question about when the viewings took place they answered that they were just the day before. I had already expressed interest twice until then but noone ever got back to me. In the prospect of seeing and probably securing this property we had already turned down another lovely house and we would possibly turn down more if I hadn't called again. I am very disappointed. Like finding a house in Oxford is not stressful enough , dealing with unreliable agencies makes in a hell.
