Arranged a viewing for a property over the phone and was told an email confirmation would come through. It never did. arrived at what we thought was the property but was unsure of the house number as did not receive full details from Richard James. Called and got through to Jack who provided us with the house number. arrived and what we thought was the correct house number but waited outside for the estate agent to show. 10 -15 mins went by and so we called again and got through to a different staff member who informed us that the property had been taken off the market earlier that day. We were not informed of this at all and having had to arrange childcare and take time off work this was very poor service. Then to top it off the lady on the phone told us she would try and put us through to someone in the correct branch, put me on hold for 5 mins and then hung up.
