Hi, I found Sharon very efficient in dealing with our sale however I am not so enamoured with the original service from the estate agent. Firstly it has taken from April until now to finalise sale of property. This was due to the inability of the buyer to actually show funds to purchase what we believed would had been a cash sale. If she had not had funds why was it until 4 weeks after agreement that we found out funds were actually in probate. We stayed with this buyer when if I had known she did not have funds I would not of accepted the offer and would of found an actual cash buyer. This I blame estate agent for, and when fees are to be paid will be looking for a discounted rate.

After 2 failed buyers we finally have a completion date on the third attempt. Very polite and courteous and easy to get a hold of which are positives when trying to sell a house and I did feel that towards the end Sharon was trying really hard to get it over the line. The only room for improvement I felt would be when showing the house, be just a little bit more pushy or knowledge-full and sell the specific features that other houses might not have rather than just letting the viewers wander around themselves.
