Our experience of Orchards estates has been nothing short of exceptional! They effortlessly mix professionalism with friendliness! From our first contact the staff have been efficient and warm. They always arrived in plenty of time before the scheduled viewings and we felt comfortable enough to give them a key so they were able to conduct viewings even if we weren't at home. The feedback was always relayed promptly and you were able to discuss how the property had been received and any interest the prospective buyers may have shown, along with their current market position (cash buyers, in a chain etc). The brochure was completed both quickly, and with care whilst the picture and video quality along with their keen attention to detail is second to none!
