Friendly, efficient & informative viewing
Elle from Orchards Estate Agents, was extremely helpful, friendly, informative and 'on the ball' at our recent viewing. In fact all 3 members of staff that I spoke to before our viewing were extremely nice and answered all of my questions & more. As a buyer, you are not always treated in a friendly, helpful and informative way and it was refreshing to come across an Estate Agency with a better approach. Fab!
Professional, personable and supportive are three words that my husband and I would use to describe Orchards after having bought and sold a property with them. We have been really impressed by the knowledge, expertise and enthusiasm from Tom and Elle in particular. Orchards adds innovation and that 'spark' to the Somerset property market. We would highly recommend them as an agent to both buyers and sellers.

Excellent Service!
After having to leave my previous home as the Landlord required the house back I had to enter back into the rental market which is extremely congested and competitive!! I have dealt with numerous letting agents during this time and none of them are half as polite and professional as Orchards are! In Particular the Agent I have been dealing with throughout, Ayesha Hutton. I have found Ayesha to be extremely polite, friendly, professional, pro active (calling me with properties I may be interested in, which no other agent has done once!) and has provided very quick responses to any queries and keeps in regular contact. I could not recommend highly enough, all in all, excellent service!

Excellent agents who try very hard
We found Orchards Estates a pleasure to deal with. Unfortunately we found our ideal property with another agent but we had very specific requirements and what we were looking for was not easy to find. However we were very impressed that Orchard Estates tried very hard and always kept in touch without being pushy. Just our experience of course but we would recommend giving them a try when buying or selling.

Very professional, my house was sold the day after it was advertised
I was selling a house as executor in an unfamiliar area. I invited three local agents to advise on value and the sales process. Orchards' representative was so much more professional than the others. He was on time; he had researched the property, telling me what work had been carried out and what permissions had been obtained from the council; he had a tape measure, he identified potential damp patches or problem areas, he went into the loft and he was able not only to give specific value, but offer advice on how to present, sell and market the house. The house was advertised on a Friday, by the end of that day a viewing had taken place and an offer received. The following day a sale was agreed which was finalised within two months. Orchards looked after my interests throughout, as well as those of the buyer, and we concluded the deal with all of us feeling we had been well supported. Orchards carried out many minor administrative matters such as meter readings as I live so far away, they were truly my agents in the area. High recommended.

Friendly, realistic and knowledgeable.
The team have worked hard to beautifully market my property. Took complete control of viewings and worked exceptionally hard to generate interest. They really are available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week! Elle in particular has been a pleasure to work with giving professional, realistic feedback, very friendly and approachable.

Friendly, knowledgeable service
I contacted Elle several months ago when we were first planning a move to South Somerset and have been really impressed by her helpfulness and knowledge of the local area and market. She also kept in regular touch with useful updates and friendly advice and has been a pleasure to deal with.

Personable team
The staff I came into contact with: Tom, Mathew and Elle were fantastic. They kept me updated regularly, returned all my phone calls and emails, dealing with every query with great professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble.

You're in safe hands!
Orchards Estates are a group of extremely friendly, happy and very approachable people. They have a real feel for their work and obviously love it. Nothing is too onerous and everything during this most stressful of times is met with a real positive, can-do attitude. Calls are returned and any problems are ironed out as soon as possible to make the seller feel they are in very good hands.. They are a very professional Agency and seem to be taking a real well deserved lead in the South Somerset area. Many thanks Guys!
