I have had an inspection every 3 months since residing at carling grove, despite them being every 3 months, the inspection has gone well everytjme, Kye has made me feel at ease each time, he always remains professional but also makes me feel at ease any issues I have within the home are dealt with appropriately, I am house proud and always have praise of how well I look after the home, I have recently had an operation and did not want this to affect the date of my inspection kye was flexible with an alternate date and ensured the inspection was done well.

This is the second time I have seen Kye, and on both occasions he was very professional as well as being friendly and approachable, and I didn't feel as though I was being judged, as is sometimes the case, It's nice to see the same person again, rather than a different person every time, feels less invasive

Northwood perform a great service every 3 months to make sure the property is well looked after for the landlord and provides time for myself the tenant to report any issues I may have encountered. The agent Kye who routinely appears is a very friendly and professional individual who is a credit to the company and the brand. Kye inspects everything with a keen eye and makes sure all issues and concerns are reported to the landlord. Kye is very approachable and easy to get along with while he is here and respectful if I need to get on with work during his visit.
