I have had an inspection every 3 months since residing at carling grove, despite them being every 3 months, the inspection has gone well everytjme, Kye has made me feel at ease each time, he always remains professional but also makes me feel at ease any issues I have within the home are dealt with appropriately, I am house proud and always have praise of how well I look after the home, I have recently had an operation and did not want this to affect the date of my inspection kye was flexible with an alternate date and ensured the inspection was done well.
