Northwood perform a great service every 3 months to make sure the property is well looked after for the landlord and provides time for myself the tenant to report any issues I may have encountered. The agent Kye who routinely appears is a very friendly and professional individual who is a credit to the company and the brand. Kye inspects everything with a keen eye and makes sure all issues and concerns are reported to the landlord. Kye is very approachable and easy to get along with while he is here and respectful if I need to get on with work during his visit.
