I've been renting through Northwood for the last 2 years. With all honesty they have been the best management I've ever rented from. On the ball. Responses straight away even if they are chasing something with the landlord they always kept me informed. I've just had my 3 monthly inspection carried out by Kye. Such a nice guy. Makes you feel at ease and answers any questions I have. Such a great asset to the company.

I had my inspection with Kye Beech from northwood and i was very impressed with his customer service skills. Kye is always very polite, caring and listens to me with any questions or concerns I have about my tenancy inspection if I have any repairs that need chasing up. I always feel safe and reasurred when Kye does my property inspecrions and he is very professional and kind and my dog especially likes to say hello when Kye visits which is very good that my dog also feels comfortable.

I think that initial sale price was a little too high, but once this was reduced, we had many viewings and eventually a sale. Mandy was extremely professional, keeping us constantly advised of any progress. The sale has been completed this week, and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other vendors.

The communication was first class, very friendly and really helpful. Special mention to Dominic who was very professional and helpful.
