Excellent friendly service. Staff are always courteous and helpful to me as a landlord and also with tenants. I have been very happy with Northwoods as an agent over the last 10+ years and would definitely recommend them.

Arranged to visit in the morning, arrived on time, polite and even wiped his feet when he came in . Checked all smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, asked if previous jobs had been carried out and said he would check about the decking been looked at as was told it would be looked at in the spring, reminding me about if the house is left empty to run the water as a precaution against legionnaires dease , extent visit

I thought Kye was very friendly and professional, I emailed Earlier in the morning to make my appointment earlier and he was very accommodating which was great.

We had kye hear yesterday for our review and I have to say the guy is brilliant and easy going he came did a full inspection asked us if we had any issues and was willing to help where we needed
