I was using a large firm of estate agents to rent out my property previously. They let me and the tenant down by failing to respond to repairs that needed to be performed. I nervously changed to Belvoir at Hanley based on the on-line reviews and they have been brilliant in comparison. They handled dealt with the tenant relating to the transition from my old agents as well as liaising with the tenant and the builder re the repairs. I was kept in the loop. It's been a breath of fresh air in comparison to my previous agents.
